of the Southwest quarter EXCEPT the South 50 feet thereof, ALSO EXCEPT the North 335 fret of the East 684 feet thereof,
ALSO EXCEPT the East 33 feet of the North half of said Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, ALSO EXCEPT that.part
of said Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter lying Northwesterly of a line drawn parallel with and 50 feet South-
easterly, measured at right angles, from a line described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal meridian;
thence on an assumed bearing of North C+ -degrees 40 minutes 43 seconds West along the West line of the Southwest
quarter of said section a distance of 77.96 feet; thence Northeasterly 1313.29 feet along a tangential curve concave
to the Southeast, having a radius of 1532.80 feet and a central angle of 49 degrees 05 minutes 26 seconds; thence
North 48 degrees 24 minutes 43 seconds East, tangent to the last -described curve, 2725.85 feet, and said line there
terminating,
all in Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota, the location
of all existing buildings, if any, thereon, and the location of any visible encroachments. It does not purport to show
other improvements.
