In City files is a survey of 4225 Forest Lake Drive (Lot 3 Block 3 Forest Arms Country Club Addition)
by surveyor David E. Crook (Minnesota Registration Number 22414) dated April 5, 2006 (copy
enclosed). Based on this survey the house on the property is not within the floodplain of Lake
Minnetonka. The flood plain elevation of Lake Minnetonka (of which Forest Lake is a part) is 931.5
feet above sea level. A narrow strip of land along the lakeshore is within the floodplain but the lowest
elevation of the house is 933.8 feet above sea level, above the minimum allowed elevation of 932.5.
