Dear Mr. Landon:
A recent review of our "incomplete applications" file turned up your
1990 permit application for a deck and shed for Jerry LeMire at 4205
Forest Lake Drive. �t appears that the information needed for review
had been submitted after construction had commenced, and somehow the
review process was never completed.
The survey submitted along with hardcover calculations verifies that
the deck and shed meet pertinent zoning code requirements. As soon as
the Inspections Department completes a plan review, you will be
notified that the permit is ready to be picked up. I am advised by
the Building Department that the permit wil 1 include the penalty fee
for construction without a permit.
