We have completed a preliminary plan review for the above-captioned project and find the following items
that must be addressed in writing before a permit can be issued.
1. Provide plans and engineering from metal building supplier for review.
2. Provide Geo-technical report completed by Braun Intertec.
3. Provide Special Inspections form signed by all parties involved in regards to concrete, soils, rebar,
bolting , welding and any other items required to be inspected by the engineer of record or the
metal building supplier.
