WHEREAS, thc City of Oroao is a nunici�al carparation :��

t+tiEREAS, the City Council o: thc City o� Oroao has adopted
subdivision regulations for the or�:erly, econo:�ic ac,d s�fe development
of ?and within thc City; and
hfiEREAS, thc City Counci2 has considered thc a�plication for
a subdivision plat by ��lichael Joh� h^cl a�d IIeverly Graves Noe1, husband
and wife, the subdividcrs; and
SJ2iEREAS, thc subciividcrs havc completed ali re:,uirements of
thc pla::ting regulations of thc City, including:
1. Dedxcation on the plat of drainagc and uti2ity e�se:ients
2. Dedication on thc plat of a 20' wide uti2ity casement over
the existing munici�al sewer lines
3. Payment of $580.00 for on� municipal watcr
unit for Lot 2, IIlock 1, Colorado Springs
4. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fcc in the amount
of $400.00
S. Payment to the City for the legal revicw and recording
of the plat and all documents rclnted thereto in the amount
of $75.00
NOh', TfiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that thc City Council of the City
of Orono hereby approves thc plat of Colorado Springs, Henncpin County,
MinneSota; subject to the followinq conditions:
1. The future owner of Lot 2, IIlock 1, Colorado Springs is
hereby placed on notice that the existing tennis court
is located within the utility easement for the �:unicipal
sewer lines and that said owner is responsible :or a12
repairs to tennis court resulting fYomthc City's repairs
and maintenance of the sewer lines
2. At the time a building permit is issued for a new residence
