3. Property must contain a principal residence. Subd. 13(B)

5. Boat must be 30 feet or less in length.2 Subd. �3(C)
6. Boat must be stored at least 5' from lot lines. Subd. �3(E)
7. Boat must be stored at least 15' from Subd. 13(E)
neighboring residence structures.
8. (Lakeshore lots only) Boat must be stored in Subd. 13(E)(1)
a location where it has no significant impact
on lake views enjoyed by adjacent neighbors.
9. (Non-lakeshore lots only) Boat must be stored subd. l3(E)(2)
in a side or rear yard, or on a trailer in the
driveway within front or side street yard?
'Inoperable boats which are under restoration may be stored for up to 2 years.
zBoats longer than 30' which can be documented to have been stored on the site within the 24 months
prior to September 10, 2001 may continue to be stored until the property is sold and must meet all
- storage location requirements.
