Dear Ms Lynn:
This letter is a follow up to the phone conversation I had with Steve on January 12, 2004.
I am enclosing a copy of our most recent boat storage ordinance. This ordinance does not
include any language about complaints coming from a neighboring property. This was
discussed at the city council meeting but never written into the boat storage ordinance.
Your boats are both under 30 feet and in a legal storage location at this time. The
pontoon is listed at 22 feet and the other boat is listed at 27 feet.
If you have any further questions please give me a call at 952-249-4600.
Sincerely,
