Dear Mr. Serna:
I am writing in regards to your property at the above described address, tax parcel
number 20-117-23-12-0013. On December 20, 2004 you were issued a temporary
certificate of occupancy on condition of finishing the exterior grading work and
establishing grass cover by June 1, 2005. The silt fence was also to have been maintained
until the yard was sodded or fully grassed.
Staff from this Office inspected your property on May 2, 2006. The exterior final grade
and sodding has not been tinished and the silt fence along the road and appropriate
property lines needs to be re-established. The silt fence must be re-installed by June 2,
2006. If the silt fence is re-installed by June 2, 2006 the temporary certificate of
occupancy will be extended until August 1, 2006.
Failure to correct these deficiencies can result in occupancy violation citations to be
issued. If you have any questions please feel free to call. Staff will re-inspect the
property on June 5, 2006 to confirm the installation of the silt fence.
