I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of (A) That
part of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the
5th Princirai Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northeast quarter of Sec-
tion 9; thence ast 990 feet along the North line of said Northeast quarter of Section 9; thence South parallel
with the West Line of said Northeast quarter of Section 9 s distance of 165 feet; thence West parallel with said
North line to said West line; thence North to the point of beginning; and (B) Lot 27, Auditor's Subdivision
Number 229, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the location of the existing house thereon. It does not purport to
show other improvements or encroachments. For purposes of this survey, the North and South lines of Lot 27 have
been ass»d to he exactly 412.5 feet, and the East and West lines of Lot 27 have been assumed to be exactly 158.4
feet; no corrections have been mads for inaccuracies in the auditor's-subdivision plat.
