Re: Hazardous Building removal bill 2740 Shadywood Road
On January 15, 2014 Hennepin County District Court approved the City's motion for summary
enforcement of its Demolition Order for removal of a hazardous building at 2740 Shadywood Road.The
contract was issued to Mikie's Landscaping and the job has been completed. Please submit$4500 to
them.This cost along with attorneys fees will then be assessed against the real property pursuant to MN
Statute 429.081 to 429.081,463.21
