I received a call of a domestic called in by Ann Christine Degrandewho called from the
neighbor's house. I arrived and met with Degrande, she was in the driveway waiting. I asked Degrande what
happened and she said Pagonis took her laptop out of her bedroom. Degrande said Pagonis just arrived home and
was saying"ha ha" about not finding the cell phones or her laptop. Pagonis was not on the property and
Degrande thought Pagonis was on the lake with some friends. Degrande walked police into the house through
the front door and downstairs to her bedroom. She pointed to where the laptop was before she took a nap. I asked
her to double check the bed and the laptop was located under the bed. Degrande said Pagonis was yelling entered
her bedroom just now. Degrande said there was no physical fighting today. However Degrande said Poganis
threatened her and said she would kill her. Degrande was appeared to be struggling to walk, couldn't concentrate
on one thing, and talked about her health problems. No contact was made with Pagonis.

Additional information
While inside the residence I observed the south end of the upper level had caved into the portion of the
house.The next room to the north is a large living room area that was yellow from an animal urinating all
over. There was a smell of urine and feces.There were buckets partially filled with what appeared to be
rainwater from the ceiling leaking. This ceiling was starting to fall down into the home. I did not see a
dog food/water dish. There is a small dog that lives here. I saw garbage all over the upper and lower
levels. There was a liter box that had not been cleaned in a few weeks.The walls appeared to be moldy
and discolored. Downstairs was not clean.
Degrande's room was ok and did not smell like the rest of the house.
I was also advised upon arrival that Pagonis is advertising on Craig's list to rent out her dock space. She
had two families that were there renting dock space for their boats.No contact was made with the
families.
