PROPOSED PRIVATE DRIVE EASEMENT:
A 25 foot easement for driveway purposes over and across the following
described property:
Lot 1 , Block 1 , Casco Point 2nd Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof.
The center line of said 25 foot easement is described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of Lot 185, Taylor's
Subdivision of Spring Park Lots , according to the recorded
plat thereof; thence on an assumed bearing of north 47 degrees
00 minutes East, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 185,
a distance of 75.00 feet, to the beginning of the center line
to be described; thence North 43 degrees 00 minutes West a
distance of 5.00 feet; thence northwesterly and northerly
along a tangential curve concave to the east having a radius
of 130.00 feet and a central angle of 23 degrees 30 minutes
for a distance of 53.32 feet to a point of compound curve; thence
northerly, along a compound curve concave to the east having a
radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle of 45 degrees, 45
minutes and 03 seconds for a distance of 39.93 feet to a point
of reverse curve; thence northerly and northwesterly a distance
of 45.60 feet along a reverse curve concave to the west having
a radius of 50.00 feet and a central angle of 52 degrees, 15
minutes and 03 seconds; thence North 26 degrees 00 minutes
West, tangent to the last described curve, a distance of 150.00
feet and said center line there terminating.
