Gentlemen:
This letter will confirm that the above-referenced property ("Property") is zoned B-3,
and that the use of the Property as a retail drugstore is consistent with such zoning if a
conditional use permit is issued. Such a permit was issued on June 12, 2000 and a copy of the
same is attached.
To the best of our knowledge, the present improvements on the Property have been
constructed in accordance with applicable zoning and building ordinances.
The amount of parking spaces required for the improvements under current code is

Gentlemen:
This letter will confirm that the above-referenced property ("Property") is zoned B-5 Limited
Neighborhood Business District, and that the use of the Property as a retail drugstore is consistent
with such zoning if a conditional use permit is issued. Such a permit was issued on June 12, 2000
and a copy of same (City Council Resolution No. 4476) is attached.
To the best of our knowledge, the present improvements on the Property have been constructed in
accordance with applicable zoning and building ordinances. A Temporary Certficate of Occupancy
was issued for the property on December 12,2000 and a final Certificate of Occupancy was issued
May 30, 2002.
The amount of parking space required for the improvements under current code is 60 stalls. The
parking provided on the property satisfies this requirement. No cross-parking easements for the
benefit of adjoining landowners have been specifically approved by the City for this site; however,
the City would not oppose any such arrangement meeting the requirements of Orono Zoning Code
Section 10.61 Subd. 6 (copy attached).
We have no current knowledge of any outstanding citations or violations associated with the
property.
