Any proposed changes to this plan
must be submitted and approved prior to execution.
According to City Code Section 78-1468, only wall and monument signs are allowed. The monument sign could be an
LED sign, but the message may not change. Current City Code does not permit a dynamic display or flashing signs.
A free standing sign is permitted 50 square feet. As proposed the plans reflect 57.5 sf.
Internal directional signs are permitted; the three "no thru traffic" signs are considered traffic control signs and these
signs, because they are visible for traffic entering from Shadywood Road, must meet standards outlined in the MN
MUTCD. The city will not enforce or maintain any directional or traffic control signs.
