Only two of the four (total) properties with frontage on Fairview Cottage Lane wish to make the change. We understand that the owners of 4203 North Shore Drive did not approve of the change of address of their property and that the city requires all properties on Fairview Cottage Lane agree to the change of address.We believe, however, that circumstances here could dictate a different result. Of the three effected properties, 4203 is the only property that actually adjoins North Shore Drive, and accordingly would be appropriate for them to retain their address of North Shore Drive,while the addresses for our two properties be changed. Therefore, we respectively request that the addresses for 4199 and 4201 North Shore Drive be changed to 1565 and 1535 Fairview Cottage Lane,and the address for 4203 North Shore Drive remain unchanged. The Beckers have submitted a request to the City to change their address from North Shore Drive to an address on Fairview Cottage Lane. In order to grant their request and in order to maintain consistency with our addressing protocols, the owners of each property accessing Fairview Cottage Lane must consent to and agree to change their address as well. The property addressed 4191 North Shore has an access on both North Shore Drive and Fairview Cottage Lane; they would not be required to change. Each of the remaining properties must agree to the change to take place. We have received confirmation from Dan and Jane Houck at 4201 North Shore indicating they are favor of the change in address. You had indicated that this was possible, but we would need to get agreement from the other property owner on Fairview Cottage Lane to change their address as well. I've spoken to Dan Houck who owns 4201 North Shore Drive and he is agreeable to this change. He is copied on this email as well. I left you a couple of voice mails, but I understand that you have a lot going on, so I thought I would try to email you with this information. Can you please let us know what the next steps would be to make this change?
