Completely remove foundation(s)from the ground. 8. Completely dispose of all demolition debris off site in accordance with all applicable PCA requirements. 9. I'm working on the demolition permit application for 1565 Fairview Cottage Lane. I see that she previously sent the Principal Structure Demolition Permit (copy attached), but I don't see that we received a signed copy. Also attached is a copy of the demolition permit application,which requires the property owners signature. Please have Tim sign and date both documents and return to us at your earliest convenience. Also, building Inspector, Willie Gibbs, did a pre-demolition inspection. A copy of the inspection report is attached. The items mentioned in his report must be removed prior to the demolition. There are numerous walls show at the maximum 4' height. If the walls are adjusted and installed over 4' in height or if tiered walls are installed over 4' and are not separated by more than 2x the height difference (as measured from the back of the lower wall to the face of the upper wall),the applicant will need to submit engineered plans and specifications signed by a registered professional engineer. 2. There is a proposed wall along the SE side of the house which approaches the property line. This wall is shown approximately 5' from the property line. City Code requires the wall to be at least 5' from the property line. 3. Are there any easements on the property? The City has a sanitary sewer line along the north portion of the property. This should be shown on the survey and any corresponding easements should also be shown. 4. There will be extensive grading within the 0-75' zone, but this grading is to restore the land after the existing house and driveway is to be removed.
