Those parts of Lots 2 to 6 inclusive , Auditor ' s Subdivision
Number 273 , Hennepin County, Minnesota , lying northwesterly
of a line which is parallel with and 40 . 00 feet northwesterly
from the following described line :
Commencing at the meander corner on the south line of
Government Lot 5 , Section 8 , Township 117 , Range 23 ,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; thence on an assumed bear-
ing of North 89 degrees 54 minutes 49 seconds West
along the south line of said Government Lot 5 a dis-
tance of 132 . 39 feet to the beginning of the line to
be described; thence North 44 degrees 36 minutes 51
seconds East a distance of 599 . 29 feet; thence north-
easterly a distance of 259 . 19 feet along a tangential
curve concave to the southeast , having a radius of
1041 . 74 feet and a central angle of 14 degrees 15
minutes 20 seconds and said line there terminating.
