Re: Turn Lane Construction at County Roads 51 and 135
Dear Property Owner:
As part of the Maxwell Bay Access project, the Minnesota Department Natural Resources will be
adding a right turn lane from westbound North Shore Drive to northbound Tonkawa Road, and a
bypass lane for eastbound North Shore Drive. Your driveway entrance will be reconstructed as part
of this project.
This work is expected to start within the next week. Construction should be completed by mid-
September. Access to your property will be maintained during the project. If you have any
questions regarding this project,please contact me at 473-7357 or Martha Reger, DNR Area Trails
and Waterways Supervisor at 832-6170.
