Fill/Drainage Along North Shore Drive
Dear Mr . Meyer ,
On November 6 , 1987 I met with you at the above subject
property to eveluate the drainage problem you have created. At
that meeting I asked if you had filled the area, at which time
you indicated you had.
I discussed the matter of surface runoff being directed to
neighboring property and that you must submit a plan of
correcting this matter .
As of this date I have not received any plans or seen any
corrective action being taken.
I am writing this letter to inform you that plans to correct
this matter must be submitted to the City within twenty (20) days
(April 6, 1988) . If you fail to comply with this order citations
will be issued for work done without permits and the matter
referred to the City Attorney for appropriate legal action .
