The engineer has reviewed the photos and survey submitted, please see his comments below. Before I can issue the
CO, please call for a mechanical final (2014-00787), plumbing final—re-inspection (2014-00706)and a final on the home
(2013-00811).
All final inspections/re-inspections must be completed before December 2nd at Noon in order for me to prepare the
escrow refund request for the December 8th council meeting. If not, my next opportunity for escrow refund is January
12, 2015.

Christine,
I performed a site inspection regarding the Asbuilt survey for 1555 Maple Place today. Following are my comments for
City consideration.
1. The project was completed per the approved plan, and the site is permanently stabilized.
2. The silt fence along the boulder retaining wall on the north side of the driveway should be removed and
disposed off-site.
