M A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 5704, 5747, AND 5828 AND EXTENDING THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING THE PLAT OF STONEBAY COMMERCIAL FILE NO. 09-3400 O O .4i. -- , - CITY of ORONO of'.�1E N.I`i'�?S�( 4 yc5 �L �� i� ,/ _�G RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 4/CES1034 NO. 5893 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. 5704, 5747,AND 5828 AND EXTENDING THE TIME ALLOWED FOR FILING THE PLAT OF STONEBAY COMMERCIAL FILE NO. 09-3400 WHEREAS, the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, on December 10, 2007, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5704 granting Final Plat Approval and Final Planned Unit Development approval for property legally described as Outlot A, STONEBAY, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the "Property") within the City of Orono,to be called Stonebay Commercial; and WHEREAS, on May 12, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5747 extending the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2008; and WHEREAS, on April 13, 2009, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5747 extending the time to file the plat of Stonebay Commercial until December 10, 2009; and WHEREAS, Central Bank, a Minnesota Corporation, has purchased the Property and, finding it was unable to file the plat within the time allowed,has requested an extension of the time allowed to file the plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono does hereby amend Resolution Nos. 5704, 5747, and 5828 to change the time limit for satisfying conditions of the resolution and filing the final plat to December 10, 2010.
