The stakes actually existed in the field from the previous delineation you mentioned. Melissa from Kjolhaug made a field
study and recertified the
stakes and issued a report dated May 23, 2013. My statement refers to that report but I have a typo (5/21/2013) in the
date shown on the survey.
The survey accurately reflects what's in the field.

Dave can you help me with this?
It states on the survey that the wetland delineation was conducted by Kjolhaug on 5/21/2013 the approval from the
MCWD states the delineation was from April 12, 2012 and renewed in the field by Wenk&Associates on July 15, 2013. I
need to know that the survey reflects the accurate and approved wetland boundaries. Can you verify?
