Re: tree planting at 1850 Fox Ridge
Mike, I inspected the property at 1850 Fox Ridge to verify the tree planting schedule as you
had requested. The plan that had been submitted was very specific as to the types and
spacing of the trees. I did verify that over 40 new trees have been planted but not necessarily
as per planned type and spacing. There were more trees planted closer to the house than
indicated on the plan. The sloped area of the yard has very thick vegetation and no signs of
erosion. It appears that the owner met the intention of the plan and all plantings appear to be
healthy.
