Melanie,
I would like to enter into an encroachment agreement with the city of orono for the following.
To widen the driveway that prevents 2 cars to be parked side by side and open car doors by 5 feet.
To maintain the sidewalk in the firelane leading to our front door of our home.
To maintain the separate patio installed by previouse owner on the firelane.
Or legal address description is:
Lot 12, "Tonkaview Gardens, Hennepin County, Minnesota"

Please prepare an encroachment agreement to address the desired improvements within the City's ROW at 4440 Forest
Lake Landing as we discussed in the two previous Staff meetings....
Remember?This is the one where you and Jesse felt it appropriate to allow the driveway expansion and the maintenance
of the sidewalk but not the maintenance of the patio. Also you and Jesse felt the property owner should be required to
remove the deck and patio in the fire lane.
I would like to have this on the Council's June 24th agenda for approval.
