Description
That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast auarter9 R� I
of.Section 36, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th \
Principal Meridian, described as -follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence West
along the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
601.6 feet more or less to the Northerly line of the right-of-way of the 1
Minnesota Western Railway Company; thence Northwesterly along said Northerly 1
right-of-way line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 645.8
feet West, measured at right angles from, the Easterly line of said Northeast quarter of the
Southeast quarter; thence North along said last -described parallel line to a point thereon
distant 406.1 feet North from the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quar-
ter; thence East parallel with the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter to a point dis-
tant 248.5 feet West from the East line of said Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence South parallel
with said East line 200 feet; thence East at right angles to said last -described course 248.5 feet to said Fast
line; thence South along said East line to the point of beginning;
Also that part of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 118 North, Range 23
West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southeast r
quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence West along the North line of said Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter 6!'1.6 feet more or less to the Northerly line of the right-of-way of the Minnesota Western Railway Company;
thence Southeasterly along said Northerly right-of-way line to its intersection with the Fast line of said South-
east quarter of -the Southeast quarter; thence North along said East line to the. point of beginning.
