I've reviewed the subject as-built and offer the following comments:
1. The as-built appears to conform to the intent of the approved plan.
2. An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
a.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground. (Looks like Jim already did this on 21 Nov 16)
b.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3. Some of the survey annotations are unreadable. Survey should be reprinted for the final record.
