We have reviewed the plans for 1595 Bohns Point Road, dated 9-13-07. We have the following comments
with regards to engineering matters:
• The grading of a shallow swale should be verified during construction along the north property line
in the area of the proposed home.
• The plan addresses previous engineering comments and appears acceptable.
