I performed a site inspection regarding the Asbuilt Survey for 3955 Cherry Avenue yesterday. Engineering review has
been provided by a licensed professional for the retaining walls over 4' in height, and the walls were adequately
constructed per industry standards. Also, the site is permanently vegetated. If you have any questions or comments,
