Ir most cases there would <br /> be a stipulation that the land can only be sold to adjoining properties. We would insist on <br /> drainage and utility easements as there is a drainageway on the south side of the southerly most <br /> lot. <br /> This is a "shooting from the hip" response but I would be surprised if the official response was <br /> not the same. <br /> In my opinion, I think the City should consider some type of cleanup of the property and maybe <br /> some neighbors would be interested in an "Adopt a Green Space" program. <br /> lsv <br />
