Sven, We received a signed copy of foundation survey and with your notes have reviewed and approved it. You may
proceed with framing.
Mark, In the future please show the top of foundation location and elevation as called out on the initial, approved
survey.

The house is being built using top chord bearing trusses. The main floor is 6 3/4" above top of
foundation. This puts the MF at 956.36 based on your shots of the foundation elevations. We're in good
shape here, but it is confusing based on how Mark notated it.
Garage height is good as well, but mark shot top of foundation (calling it ledge).... And we have no height
issue on the house or garage either way.
