Hi Laura,
Upon the demolition of the existing home and examination of existing grade, we decided to raise the elevation of the
basement by 0.8 feet to provide positive drainage away from the house.This way we will have 2%grade slope and won't
require the eliminated swales that were draining toward the neighbors.There are no changes to the structure of the
home.

Hope all is going well. We received an updated survey yesterday with new proposed grades for 3155 Casco Cir. Could
you give me a little background for the change? I see the elevations for the home are different, but are you doing
anything different to the structure of home? I'm just looking for a little clarification.
