We received a foundation as-built survey for 1535 Bohns Point Road, thank you. However, the as-built survey does not
show the top of foundation elevation or location as referenced on the proposed survey. A partial copy of the proposed
and as-built surveys are attached. Please have the surveyor update and submit a copy for our review.
