[] SCOPE OF PROJECT:
Remodel existing upper and lower bathrooms.
UPPER LEVEL BATHROOM
[] Remove exisitng cabinet and haul away.
[] Remove existing tub and lavitory and haul away.
[] Remove existing flooring, and repair subfloor as required, to
allow for new ceramic tile.
(NOTE: Only subfloor replacement included, no joists, etc...)
[] Remove existing wall finish to framing and install new 1/2"
sheetrock (tape & sand).
[] Install new 1/2" shettrock over existing ceiling finish
(tape & sand).
1. Existing windows and doors to remain, protect as required.
Install new oak ranch casing, bath side only, stained
by OWNER.
2. Lavitory:
* Manufacturer: CRANE.
* Model: Erica pedistal.
* Color: White.
* Faucet: DELTA #522—CP, chrome.
3. Stool:
* Manufacturer: AMERICAN STANDARD.
* Model: New cadet.
* Color: White.
4. Whirlpool tub:
* Manufacturer: OASIS.
* Model: #S-210, with removable skirt.
* Color: White.
* Surround: Ceramic tile: . ($3 sq.ft. allowance)
* Shower door: Bypass with chrome trim and obscure glass.
* Faucet: DELTA#1548 monitor tub & shower, chrome.

* Shower door: By OWNER.
* Faucet: DELTA #1548 monitor tub & shower, chrome.

GENERAL NOTES

[] All painting, staining and decorating by OWNER.
[] Floor covering by OWNER. (unless noted otherwise)
[] 1 clean up of building debris at job completion by SAWHORSE.
[] Plumbing per contract.
[] Electric per contract:
* ALL FIXTURES furnished by owner and installed by Sawhorse,if on
job at electrical finish. (unless noted otherwise)
* Switch and outlets to be "IVORY' color.
* CABLE TV and/or PHONE rough—ins are by owner. Sawhorse will
advise owner when to call for installation.
* Any SECURITY SYSTEM repairs or additions by OWNER.
* No smoke detector is included in this contract, but may have to
be added depending on the condition of your existing detector.
* Note you have been charged in this contract for:
UPPER BATHROOM
1 — ground fault interrupter "GFI" receptacle
1 — standard light openings (no fixtures included)
1 — install fan/light (no fixture included)
3 — standard switches
LOWER BATH
No electrical alterations.

Any changes to the above quantities will be charged or credited
accordingly.
* Indicate any special receptacles needed for computers,
entertainment centers, etc. and any special heights wanted.
