That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and of Government Lot 6 all in Section 10,
Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian described as follows: Commencing at the
southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North
00 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds East, along the west line thereof 389.76 feet; thence South 36 degrees 06
minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 426.62 feet to the most easterly corner of JOHNSTONS FRENCH
LAKE 2ND ADDITION and actual point of beginning; thence North 53 degrees 30 minutes 36 seconds East
a distance of 243.02 feet; thence South 44 degrees 51 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 248.84 feet;
