4.) The intent of this survey is to show visible, above—ground utilities that have
been located by the surveyor. The underground utilities have been shown from
available information and drawings. The surveyor makes no guarantees that the
underground u tili ties shown comprise all such utilities in the area, either in service
or abandoned. The surveyor further does not warrant that the underground utilities
shown are in the exact location indicated although he does certify that they are
located as accurately as possible from information available. The surveyor has not
physically located the underground utilities.
5.) Currently there are 227 striped parking stalls on subject property, 6 of which
are marked handicapped.
6.) At the time of survey, there was no observable evidence of earth moving work,
building construction or building additions within recent months.
