Dear Susan,
after performing the soil borings in full sunlight, I must report that the septic system located on Dave
Wilson's property at 450 Woodhill Road, Orono,MN is failing due to a lack of separation between the
seasonally high water table and the bottom of the drain field. Because of this the system will need to be up
graded or replaced within ten(10)years from today. This may be done by hooking up to the city sewer
system when it becomes available. We recommend this option over replacement with a new on-site system
because of cost and lack of suitable septic sites. Please call if you or your client have any questions.
