While closing out permit project files, I noticed that we have not received an as-built survey for
320 & 322 Woodhill Road. A requirement for closing out the permit was submittal of an as-built
survey. We still hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the project. In order to begin the
process for the release of the escrow, please submit an as-built survey which reflects all
improvements to both properties. Attached is a copy of our survey requirements. Please note,
the snow must be melted enough for the surveyor to accurately document existing topography.
Upon our engineers review and approval of the as-built survey, we can then process the escrow
refund.
