A requirement for closing out the permit was submittal of an as-built <br /> survey. We still hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the project. In order to begin the <br /> process for the release of the escrow, please submit an as-built survey which reflects all <br /> improvements to both properties. Attached is a copy of our survey requirements.
