TLE: Septic System Site Plan
Dear Gilbert.
After malting a site visit to 845 South Willow Drive, I have determined that the area you
have picked as a potential garage site would not make a suitable septic area. This area has.
been used for a driveway and turnaround, which makes it unsuitable for sewage treatment.
I did, however, find two other potential sites for a three bedroom mound system. One is
north of your house and one is south of your house. These sites will require further
testing and research to determine if they are suitable for a future septic system. I am
enclosing a copy of my notes to show where the potential sites are located. It is critical
that the soil in these sites not be disturbed.
If you have any questions in regards to this site evaluation, I will be happy to answer them.

845 WILLOW DRIVE
Nvrth Site
The soil survey labels this as (LRB) Tester loam. I found mottling at
12" to 24" with little to no top soil.. The knoll that this site is on may have
had the top soil stripped off it. It needs further research to detern-iine if it is a
suitable septic site. Two :soil borings (I recorded) and no perk tests were
taken on this site. This site has an 8% slope. No more than a three bedroom
mound would fit in this area.
South Site
The soil, survey labels this as (LRB) fester loam.. I found mottling at a
depth of 24". It has a slope of 8%. In order to put a septic site here, a
building with no foundation would have to be moved. Also, the south
property line should be identified. I took one soil boring and no perk tests.
Further research and tesWig would need to be done to determine if this is a
suitable septic site.
