WHEREAS, on •August .13, 2007 the City Council of the•City of Orono,
Minnesota adopted.Resolution No. 5648 entitled "A Resolution Granting Subdivision of a Lot.
Line Rearrangement for Properties Located at 290 & 315 Woodhill Road.--File No. 07-3300"; •
and •
WHEREAS, Condition 2 of.Resolution-No: 5648 states, "The aforesaid division
shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the
. Hennepin County Registrar of Titles Office on or before January 13, 2008 together with a
certified copy of this resolution.";and
WHEREAS,'Condition 4 of Resolution No. 5648 states, "The approval granted
by this resolution shall.expire if the division and combination has not been filed.by the date
.specified above. In that event,•it will be necessary to file a new application with, the City of•
Orono for subdivision review";and • .
. • • WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Conditions of Resolution No. • .
••5648 to allow additional time for filing of the Resolution and Certificate of Survey with
Hennepin County..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of •
• .Orono, that Condition 2 of Resolution No. 5648 is'hereby.amended to read as follows: "The. -,•••
. aforesaid division shown on the attached Certificate of Survey shall be.filed with the Hennepin
County Registrar of Titles Office on or before December 31, 2011 together with a certified copy
