1. Topographic contours are from an aerial survey by Mark Hurd.
2. Gross acreage of OUTLOT B, WOODHILL RIDGE is 17.34 acres,
3. Outlot A (proposed) contains 14.23 acres. The wetland area within
the Outlot is approximately 2.8 acres.
4. Lot 1 (proposed) contains 3.11 acres. 2.00 acres of the Lot lie
north and east of the existing private driveway easement,
