SUBJECT: Plumbing Permit Refund
On October 13 , 1994 Cityview Plumbing erroneously obtained a
plumbing permit for 200 Woodhill Road (Woodhill Country Club) .
This permit should have been taken out at Wayzata City Hall, for
the building the permit is for is located in the Wayzata City
limits . Cityview Plumbing is requesting a refund of $39 . 00 , the
cost of the permit .
