Purpose: Stormwater management plan involving the rehabilitation and widening of
an existing roadway and the construction of a cul-de-sac.

Staff Review and Summary:
The project involves the rehabilitation and widening of an existing road as well as the
construction of a cul-de-sac to be used as a turn-a-round for emergency vehicles. The project
is located north of County Road 15, west of Woodhill Road. The site is within Subwatershed
Planning Unit U-9A, LM-7. the total increase in impervious area is approximately 0.16 acres.
There is a proposed outlet structure which controls rate from the ditch to an existing meadow
area.
Recommendations:
Approval as submitted.
Project Review Status by Other Governmental Units:
The City of Orono has granted approval for the project.
