Thank you for your letter dated June 24, 1996. It appears that all of the
items stated in the letter from this department dated June 5, 1996, have been
addressed with the exception of Item 1. The fence is considered easily
climbable which is not allowed by Minnesota Rules, part 4717.1550. The fence
must comply with the requirements.
