Dear Mr. Weckman:
On October 2 , 1990 Woodhill Country Club installed a 1250
gallon holding tank at the house on our property. At that time you
inspected this tank and we had agreed to demolish this house within
a 2 year time frame. We also agreed to have a contract where
pumping of this tank would be done on a scheduled basis. This we
have done.
The purpose of this letter is to request a 1 year extension on
this agreement. We have a young man who has worked at Woodhill for
8 years living at this house. He is a very conscious individual and
has been good night security for us. He is engaged to be married
when his future wife graduates from college. He would also like to
save up some money to purchase a home and this depends somewhat
where his wife will get employment after college. I have told him
I would seek this extension. If after this one year we do not
demolish this house we will install a proper septic system, however
I do not see anything but demolishing of this property.
I will wait to hear from you regarding this request.

Dear Mr, Weckman:
Thank you for your letter of February 25, 1992 . I appreciate
the fact that Woodhill Country Club can retain the house until
October 2 , 1993 . I have notified the person living there and have
given him a date by which he must be moved out.
Our present plan for demolition is to allow the Wayzata Fire
Department to use the house for testing it's firemen. After they
are finished we would do whatever is necessary to complete the
demolition. If there is a problem with this please notify me.
