described as beginning at the northwest corner of
said Lot 13, thence East 25 feet; thence South
157.75 feet; thence West 25 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot 1, thence north to beginning.
We hereby certify that this is a true and correct
representation of a survey of the boundaries of the
land above described and of the location of all
buildings, if any, thereon and all visible encroach-
ments, if any, from or on said land.
