Wayzata, MN 55391 Dear Mr. Larson: I am writing in regards to your property located at the above described address, tax parcel number 03-117-23-33-0007. The shed that has been constructed on the property was built without a permit. The City of Orono requires a building permit for the construction of any size structure. The shed also appears that it may not meet the required front yard setback. The shed may not be located closer to the road than the house. If the application for a building permit is made by November 30, 2005 I will not charge a double fee for the permit. The city hall is not open November 24 or 25, 2005. The shed must also meet the required setbacks by that date also. If I do not hear from you by November 30, 2005 I will formally red tag the shed and begin the process of having it removed from the property.
