The City of Orono received your escrow refund request on July 1, 2011. As part of the refunding
process the property was inspected by John Smyth, our Wetland Specialist. Before the escrow will be
refunded the thistle must be removed from the buffer of Wetland A, see Smyth's report, dated
July 8, 2011, attached. After the thistle has been removed, please contact me so I can have Smyth
re-visit the site for compliance.
