Dear Dr. Richardson:
As we have previously discussed, the fill placed in your yard
either must be removed or you must apply for a Conditional Use
Permit in order to spread it on the property as you proposed.
Since I have not heard from you regarding your final decision,
this is just a reminder that if you intend to apply for a
conditional use permit, the application deadline for the February
Planning Commission meeting is January 25 , 1991 at Noon.
Deadline date for the March Planning Commission meeting is
February 22 , 1991.
Meeting either one of these deadlines should allow your
application to be reviewed in a timely manner so that grading
work can occur as soon as weather and ground conditions permit.
