Dear Mr . Levering:
I have enclosed some information on Lot 3 Block 1 of Woodhaven, which
we traversed this morning. The testing information on file was produced
by Hickock and Associates of Wayzata for George Jackson, and was reviewed
by McCombs-Knutson Associates who were the Orono City Engineers at that
time . As you can see , groundwater levels were very high.
The design (not attached) proposed by Hickock in 1977 does not quite
meet Orono Code requirements, which were revamped in 1978 . The attached
"General Construction Requirements" for the mound system should be
adhered to .

you have any questions , please don' t hesitate to call .
